Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the recruitment process for assigned clients, ensuring all internal teams are aligned and collaborating effectively to deliver a 100% success rate.
- Be a single point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the recruitment journey.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Possess a deep understanding of the recruitment process and a critical eye for identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance our overall delivery framework, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to elevate client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Business Growth & Collaboration:
- Recognize and leverage our tech-enabled recruitment platform to effectively scale our services and support a growing client base.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand client needs and translate them into successful recruiting strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the product/tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges in the recruitment process.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology (a plus).
