Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Managing and guiding the young talent in the team to work effectively on the recruitment strategies.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails.
- Plan in-person interviews and selection procedure.
- Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates across all industry domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
