Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including JD optimization, sourcing, screening, headhunting, executive search, Boolean search, job postings, interviews, background verification, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine job descriptions.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Successfully hire for mid to C-suite roles across Tech and AI/ML positions.
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team of 15+ members.
- Design and execute strategic hiring programs, including outreach and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and implementing cost-saving measures
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to refine recruitment processes.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, founders, and CTOs.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other networks.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, headhunting, and executive hiring.
- Ability to manage and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in data-driven hiring and recruitment budget management.
- Proficiency in various sourcing tools and ATS platforms
