Job Description: -
- Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle of a candidate beginning with understanding and analyzing the requirements of different skill set until final
joining.
- Screening resumes from various sources like searching from different job portals, linkedin, internal database, responses through Job Posting, References etc.
- Proactively developed strategies and recruited for critical requirements and skill sets
- Evaluated candidates by discussing requirements and application qualifications.
- Evaluated candidate's suitability on the basis of relevant experience, education, Interpersonal skills and candidate expectations
