Job Description:

- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for LatentBridge Private Limited, aligning with business objectives and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

- Team Management: Lead and nurture a team of IT and technology recruiters, coordinators, and sources, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and cross-functional teams, to understand talent needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and deliver top-notch candidates.

- Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation in the talent market, showcasing LatentBridge as an employer of choice.

- Talent Pipelining: Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using various sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, social media, databases, and referrals.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement data-driven approaches to refine and optimize recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruiting teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with our talent acquisition goals.

- Reporting and Analytics: Utilize metrics and data analysis to generate insights, track recruitment performance, and make informed decisions.

- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, driving the identification, assessment, and selection of exceptional candidates.

- Employee Retention: Collaborate on employee retention and development strategies, ensuring a positive experience from onboarding through career growth.

- Forecasting and Planning: Determine current staffing needs, produce accurate forecasts, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on IT and technology recruitment.

- Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing recruitment team.

- Demonstrated success in defining and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on candidate - experience and stakeholder collaboration.

- Should have domestic and international hiring exposure.
