Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative and comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled candidates. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.

- Utilize a range of sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of resumes, applications, and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements, hiring objectives, and timelines. Collaborate closely to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and selection criteria.

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and provide insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

- Proactively build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future positions. Develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-backed decisions.

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Salary range - 7-12 LPA
