The role requires a strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends, expertise in Boolean searches, and proficiency in advanced sourcing strategies. Candidates with experience in staffing or staff augmentation environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates for technical roles.

- Utilizing job portals, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, and X-ray searches to identify and attract high-quality IT talent.

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best talent fit.

- Building and maintaining a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

- Conducting technical screenings to assess candidate suitability.

- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and smooth hiring processes.

- Staying updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring best practices.

- Effectively managing recruitment operations within staffing or staff augmentation setups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA is mandatory for this role.

- 3-6 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, with a strong track record of successful placements.

- Expertise in Boolean search techniques, X-ray searches, and advanced sourcing methods.

- Hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment across various domains.

- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles, such as AWS, Java, Python, API Integration, Full Stack Development, and Windows System Engineering.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of the candidate hiring journey, recruitment workflows, and talent acquisition best practices.

- Prior experience in staffing or staff augmentation firms is highly preferred.
