Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

- The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

- They will also provide consulting services to clients, ensuring effective talent acquisition strategies and practices.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

- Strong consulting skills to provide guidance and support to clients

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

- Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Determine current staffing needs

- Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms

- Advertise jobs internally and externally

- Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates

- Organize assessment centers and career events

- Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans

- Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position's expectations

- Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire

- Craft job offer letters

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role

- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation

- Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems

- Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centers

- Knowledge of labor legislation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Strong decision-making skills

- Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
