Key Responsibilities:


- Project Planning & Delivery: Plan and ensure adherence to the Revenue Plan and deliver all assigned projects as per agreed timelines.


- Project Ownership & Financial Performance: Take full ownership of assigned projects, including their financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilization.


- Contractual Compliance & Work Certification: Ensure all contractual obligations are met and work certifications are achieved on time, minimizing delays and maximizing client satisfaction.


- Risk Management: Develop and execute comprehensive risk management plans to proactively mitigate potential issues and achieve positive gross margin deviations.


- Growth Initiative Support: Be responsible for providing proper structural engineering support to the company's Year-on-Year (YOY) growth initiative in terms of revenue numbers and acquiring new customers and business opportunities.


- Productivity Enhancement: Effectively lead the implementation of productivity-enhancing process changes related to structural project delivery.


- Cost Control & Productivity Maximization: Control project costs and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective processes and resource management.


- Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Structural and related building systems, design standards, and building program templates.


- Hydrological Analysis & Bridge Design: Conduct hydrological analysis and waterway calculations for bridges and make informed decisions on bridge span and type selection.


- Design Assistance: Assist the Design Manager in civil structural designs, providing technical expertise and guidance.


- Drawing & Detailing: Prepare general arrangement structural drawings as well as Detailed Design of RCC & steel structures (Substructure & Superstructure of bridges) in accordance with IRS and IRC standards.


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


- Education: M Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory). BE/ B Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).


- Experience: Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design and project management.


- Software Proficiency:


- Mandatory: STAAD PRO


- Mandatory: MIDAS CIVIL


- Mandatory: LUSAS


- Optional: PMP Certification


- Optional: Primavera Certification


- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of structural analysis and design principles for buildings and bridges. Thorough knowledge of relevant Indian codes and standards (IRS, IRC).


- Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control complex structural engineering projects.


- Financial Acumen: Understanding of project financial performance and cost control measures.


- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and project-related issues.
- Client Focus: Commitment to meeting client needs and ensuring project success.
