Job Responsibilities :
Project management for business improvement processes - Facilitate high priority, high urgency projects with the leadership team
Channel strategy and projections, Retail initiatives
Testing new store formats / concepts through consumer and retail insights.
Annual strategy and budget sessions
Consumer segmentation, habits and insights of existing portfolio and new stores
Proactively identify critical business needs/gaps and options/approaches to address the same.
Data mining, performance trending and insight gathering.
Annual strategy and budget sessions.
Mapping and tracking of competitive landscape.
Work Experience
Specific experience should include:
6+ years Top Tier Business School with Big4, top consulting firm, Strategy or consumer insights team of a large firm.
Exposure to consumer insights and innovation Experience in consumer or retail facing industries only
