Must have : Google Analytics - GA360 or GA4 or UA
Google Analytics who have strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize and Firebase to deliver the best possible Analytics Implementation in the industry.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduate/MBA with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Google Analytics Implementation.
- Have hands on knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase, Optimize
- Have experience in implementing and managing Google Analytics for large clients (GA360).
- Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Have past-experience managing a team of analysts and coordinating with multiple client teams .
Job Role :
- Possess strong domain knowledge - Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, App Analytics (Firebase/AppsFlyer/Branch/MixPanel), CRO, Media Analytics
- Ability to handle Google Analytics clients end-to-end
- Contribute to building effective process management, mentoring teammates, reducing product & execution inefficiencies
- Be responsible for day-to-day Google Analytics operations and performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Own, manage and grow digital analytics strategies for clients.
- Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights, and effectively communicating this to the client.
- Manage a team of around 5-7 people with a client portfolio of 8-10
- Work with leadership to improve client acquisition and engagement strategies
- Stay in touch with market needs and industry trends to identify pain points and gaps
- Be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.
- Be responsible for Quality and timely deliverables for client's requests.
