Position - Senior Strategy Leader

Company - Leading Manufacturing Company

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

1. Drive long term strategic planning activity, focusing on growth, competitive advantage and sustenance in the overall industry context

2. Manage and lead strategic projects in collaboration with cross functional teams and business units to address specific challenges faced by the business

3. Evaluate and direct the investment proposals prepared by businesses and lead the approval process for the same

4. Identify and evaluate opportunities to enter new businesses or geographies and develop entry strategies for the same

5. Lead inorganic growth strategy for business including M&A, joint ventures and other alliances

6. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus on strategic initiatives and investment approvals.

7.Lead the business teams in presenting investment thesis and receiving approval from executive committees

8. Author presentation material and executive communication around strategic projects and approvals.

9.Evaluate and filter the right inorganic opportunities for the businesses and articulate the deal rational

10.Define the output of the financial modelling exercise and stress test key assumption to help create a robust business plan
