Job Description:
Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant data and insights for informed decision-making
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by effectively communicating project progress, findings, and recommendations
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and threats
- Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments to evaluate potential strategic options and their impact on the client's business
Project Management:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Presentation and Communication:
- Develop compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Present complex ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, adapting communication style to suit the audience.
Resource Management:
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to identify skill sets required for various project tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly.
- Monitor resource utilization and project timelines, making necessary adjustments to optimize project efficiency and meet client expectations
- Develop and oversee comprehensive costing models that encompass both internal resources and vendor partnerships.
- Analyze cost structures to identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of project delivery.
Qualifications and skills:
- Over 10+ years of professional experience managing brands and portfolios.
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks, market analysis, financial modeling, brand positioning and business strategy development
- Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid exposure to primary and secondary research, business / strategic application of research
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and work effectively within a collaborative team environment
