RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Managing end-to-end project delivery through thoughtful leadership

- Delivering high on team's research and analysis case across industry

- Deploying responsibilities across team making sure high efficiency

- Devising strategies to resolve business difficulties

- Imparting knowledge and training across industries to team

- Managing analysis and forecasting excellence to mitigate future risks

- Presenting insights, case implications, and client-team communication

- Assisting office management roles (hiring, training, marketing, appraisal, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

- MBA with around 12 years of relevant experience post qualification

- Willingness to travel PAN India

- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting

- Effective verbal and written communication

- Detail orientation, analytical bent of mind, organized, strong team player and customer orientation
