About the Role:
The Senior Strategist would be a part of Qoruz' central Brand solutioning team, and is responsible for coming up with digital strategies keeping in mind current trends, brand positioning, content and working on ideation and applications for the brands' objectives. This is for someone who is pumped about working on ideas that bring about new brand acquisition and partnerships for Qoruz.
Ideally for someone who can see the value and growth of Influencers and Creators in Social Media, and want to be a part of a rapidly growing media, i.e. Creators.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building and executing strategy to get brands partners to deliver best-in-class results via bringing about adoption of Qoruz marketing solutions and services
- The ability to think about clients' problems with regards to the objectives to be achieved through Influencer and Creator collaborations (on various Social platforms like FB, Twitter, YT, Insta)
- Guiding and working alongside with ops teams to ensure client brand's campaign deliverables & objectives are creatively and efficiently met Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations accordingly
- Besides Brand partner's briefing, identify opportunities and/or challenges in a business where Qoruz solutions and Creator assets can provide a solution, identifying the unmet needs and goals of the clients.
- Effectively manage all daily tasks as well as guide development and education of Assistant Strategist and the creative strategy team.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Monitor Digital & Creator Economy industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new potential business avenues and improve current solutions, offerings and structure.
- Showcasing case studies internally within the Organization which might have/might not have been used by the client which could help in pitching a similar concept to other clients.
- Build briefs that inspire agency partners to create meaningful ideas true to consumers and insights.
Requirements and Qualification:
- 6+ years of experience in Social Media marketing, with a knowledge on influencer marketing is a MUST.
- Hands-on experience working on client pitches, involving insights + creative + strategy.
- Expertise in making slick presentations that engross the viewer's attention completing a holistic view.
- Being adept with martech, digital and social listening tools is a plus
