S/he shall be responsible for Sales/Acquisition & Client Servicing and Advisory. Responsible for analysing and interpreting the market data & implement currency trading strategies for the clients - corporates & promoters. Also, acquire and service clients for primarily their forex risk management objectives and ensure a high client retention ratio. And ensure Client penetration through cross sell of AIFS, PMS, Equity and commodities offerings.
- To generate leads, responsible for database management & set-up meetings with Mid-sized and Large Corporate having Forex exposures of 50+ Crs.
- To attend meetings & pitch/brief on Forex and other product offerings
- To achieve Client Acquisition & Relationship Management targets
- To identify trends, potential trade opportunities, generate marketing ideas with the help of seniors and colleagues in the team.
- To work towards tie-ups with Referrals and Trade Associations
- Engaging client on daily basis with market updates and colour of the market
- Continuous interaction with the clients to identify their requirements and guide them provide hedging solutions through existing product gamut. To disseminate research based advisory services to clients based on recommendations given by In-house Research team.
- To overlook the Exchange related processes such as seamless execution, Margin shortfall, position management, trades related query, coordinating trades to team or client. Coordinating with back-office team, onboarding team, process (CXO) team.
- To generate additional revenue from clients through upsell and cross sell products.
- Use alternate products to activate inactive clients.
- Improving client relationship by offering multiple Hedging strategies by sharing inhouse view on currency pair
- Provide solution to client in accounting related issues, such as understanding of MIS, P&L and ledger statements etc
