ROLE TITLE

Sr. Strategic Investment Advisor

ROLE PURPOSE Work on different financial models on the sell and buy side from an investment standpoint in various industries, analyzing financial results, identifying trends and recommending actions to Senior Management on the investments front. Recommend actions by making comparative analyses, study proposed investments.

LOCATION Bangalore

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

KRAS

1 Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support.

2 Should have been / have worked with any of the large PE firms on the sell side

3 Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, which will lead to recommendations from an investment standpoint in various industries

4 Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.

5 Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.

6 Market research, data mining, business intelligence and business evaluation.

DESIRED SKILLS

1 Must have strong analytical ( quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on line market research.

2 Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow

3 Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.

4 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)

5 Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management

6 Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments.
