Looking for "Senior Strategic HR" for Leading IT Infrastructure company based at Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for Project Management, Leadership & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Assessment, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement
- Leading projects on Delivery aspects in terms of designing, augmenting and optimizing the HR processes of the Client Organizations.
- Design, Build & Execute Frameworks for Organization Attributes like ~
- Performance Management, Organization Design Re-Structuring, Designing L&D Frameworks with IDP, LDP & CDP, Developing Competency Mapping, Developing JD/KRA/KPIs, Employee Engagement/ Climate Surveys
- Participates in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements and design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / or sizing / org design / benchmarking / technology strategy)
- Doing research on new initiatives on Human Capital and assisting in contributing to build new Delivery Frameworks.
Candidate Experience required :-
1. preferred candidate should be from XLRI / TISS passout (2005-2007 batch)
2. Candidate should be from IT consulting / consulting industry background.
