8Minutes is seeking a passionate Brand Manager to build India's first consumer clean energy brand. The Marketing team is looking for a candidate with experience in developing and leading sales and marketing growth strategies, customer acquisition efforts, and go-to-market planning.
Responsibilities
- Drive consumer research, marketing analytics, experiment design and A/B testing to generate insights that will help more cost-effectively bring solar customers into our sales funnel
- Partner directly with the department lead on sales and marketing growth strategies
- Establish and own metrics for marketing activities
- Mange execution of marketing strategy through lead generation strategies, lead nurturing, awareness building
- Own and manage marketing budget
- Build strategic partnerships
- Lead & build high performance teams in a fast paced startup culture
- Shaping energy consultants and influencers opinions and preference for 8minutes
- Educating new markets about solar and 8minutes's technology and solutions
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of total work experience, with 4 years of experience leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or related field, MBA a plus
- Expertise across marketing functions, including content marketing, thought leadership, events, digital, and social media
- Highly analytical mindset and data-driven approach to marketing required
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
- High comfort level in fast paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
Compensation : Rs. 13 - 18 lpa + bonus + equity
