We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Manager to spearhead the development and management of key client relationships within the luxury goods (jewellery, watches, etc.), automotive, and other high-value industries. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in these dynamic markets by showcasing the unique value proposition of our critical metals & minerals for sustainable and ethical product development.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify high-potential customers within the luxury goods, automotive, and other relevant high-value sectors.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to secure new accounts and significantly grow existing relationships with key decision-makers at major brands.

- Leverage your deep understanding of critical metals & minerals to effectively communicate their unique properties, responsible sourcing practices, and alignment with client sustainability goals.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex customer needs into customized material solutions.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through complex negotiations, contract finalization, and ongoing strategic account management, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Proactively stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity through continuous market research and analysis.

- Craft compelling presentations and proposals tailored to specific customer requirements, effectively showcasing the competitive advantage of our materials.

- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.

- Travel periodically to meet with key clients and attend industry events to build strong relationships and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (required).

- 8+ years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships within the metals & minerals, luxury goods, automotive, or a related industry.

- Extensive experience in strategic account management, fostering deep partnerships with key clients and driving significant revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying customer needs and developing win-win solutions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing practices is a plus.
