Senior Specialist - Trainer - Talent Development - XLRI/TISS

We are looking for a bright and insightful candidate as a Senior Specialist (Talent Development) for our US based client located at Hyderabad. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for handling the various activities involved in training and program management. Core work responsibilities will include opportunities to design content and facilitate in-house training modules, end-to-end training coordination, vendor management, and trainer screening. Additionally, the candidate will gain exposure to various facets of the training processes, including analysis and metrics.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 3-5 years of work experience, with a good academic record, excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills.
