Senior Specialist - Talent Development
Our Client is looking for a bright and insightful candidate with a strong record of academic and professional achievement to lead a part of their world-class Talent Development team based out of the Hyderabad office. Our Client is a Global Financial & Technology organization of international repute.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end program management
- Strategy generation to address learning needs
- Vendor management,
- Data analysis and reporting,
- Opportunities to lead projects independently
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources
- 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in Talent Development/ Learning / Training
- Passion for the talent development domain,
- excellent oral and written communication skills,
- an ability to learn quickly and keen attention to detail are required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is an added plus
- An educational background in psychology or sociology is beneficial, but not mandatory.
