- An MBA in human resources with over three to five years of work experience in talent development.
- Experience in designing instructor-led and online learning programs, including facilitator, participant guides, and learning job aids.
- A strategic mindset and approach towards creating learning experiences that improve learner engagement and retention levels.
- A passion for the talent development domain as well as robust networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to learn quickly and execute with discipline and keen attention to detail.
- The ability to collaborate and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders.
- The ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment.
