- As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role will have primary accountability for identifying and attracting top talent in support of the company's India business growth strategies.
- You will engage with active and passive candidates, learn about their career, aspirations, and interests, and connect them with opportunities
- This is a unique opportunity to join an elite Talent Acquisition team and partner with business leaders to source, recruit, and assess talent for my my client's growth in their Mumbai and Pune offices. Through collaborative working relationships with the business, the Talent Acquisition team provides a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps and, subsequently, working to develop a network of passive candidate pools to meet those critical business needs.
- Develop an effective network of talent from competitors and industry leaders
- Pre-screen, qualify, and source external candidates
- Prioritize identifying a diverse slate of candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners by building personal credibility and trust to work effectively at various levels within the company
- Handle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Interview candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, and future potential
- Demonstrated experience and capability to source talent at all levels required.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques, both traditional and emerging, inclusive of social media technology and knowledge of typical barriers to entry that diverse populations face
- Collaborative partner - with external as well as internal stakeholders
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications & Key Attributes :
- The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth and volume industry. Additionally, the candidate should possess:
- 6 years of experience in recruiting for global investment and distribution operations, in a corporate/agency environment
- Expertise in Tech roles
- Proven track record in hiring high-caliber talent, at significant pace and volume, with benchmarked service quality levels
- Experience with and strong belief in the importance of integrating diversity and inclusivity into recruiting processes
- Excellent client service focus with ability to develop effective partnerships within and outside Alliance Bernstein
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems i.e. Workday Recruiting is a plus
- Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter a plus - your passive recruiting skills will be a big incentive
- Proven experience in working within a team-centric, collaborative environment
- Ability to work successfully as part of a growing team and with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and approach
- Forward-thinking mentality that results in planning ahead, proactive approach to following up on tasks / activities
- Must have a strong understanding of targeted timelines and SLAs for recruiting
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate early when deliverables or deadlines may be missed.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness, and ability to prioritize quickly
