The responsibilities include creating job descriptions and experience full cycle recruiting. - Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain exemplary employees. Responsibilities : - Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals - Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind - Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives - Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments - Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks - Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position - Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possible - Assess candidates' information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references - Prepares, negotiates and extends job offers to candidates. Skills and Experience: Candidate Must have: - Proven work experience of 5+ years in talent acquisition/recruitment. - Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Demonstrable leadership abilities - Solid communication skills - Experience working in early-growth stage startups - Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems - Education: CBSE/ICSE Schools is preferred from top schools in the country. - 80% plus marks in these boards. - High Creativity and Accountability - Good Written and Oral Communication Skills (Interests in Writing/Speaking would be necessary) - Been part of Tech Sponsorship Teams during college years(Preferred) - Candidates coming from Startups (minimum 2/3 years) - Top 3 Mandatory Skills: Tech Hiring and Leadership Hiring - Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 years plus - Location: Bangalore candidates only. - NP- immediate to 30 days Nice To Haves: - Should have some knowledge/experience in doing Payroll/HR Management System - this is only 10% of time.
