Job Purpose :
Reporting to the Head of HR, The TA specialist is responsible for ensuring that all open positions across the various divisions are fulfilled in the time lines agreed upon. Primary responsibility includes technical and non technical positions (Customer service, Specialist Technical roles including some in IT) for grey and white collar roles and for all positions in Hospitality and Events related roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Posting for open positions and sourcing resumes, shortlist through virtual and phone calls, scheduling interviews and closing the positions
- First level interview shortlisting for key positions and end to end recruitment for others.
- Working with the candidates for submission of documents, checking and further visas processing through the Government affairs department at Align
- Follow up with candidates for joining
- Building a database for key positions to speed up hiring in time
- Assisting the HR operations and Govt Affairs Department and working with team members for team engagement and talent management
Requirements :
- Atleast 4 years experience in a HR role with atleast 2 years in TA
- Knowledge of key talent acquisition tools, good English communication (written and Spoken)
- Knowledge of Hindi and one other regional language is an advantage
- Worked with organisations that have a strong TA process; handling customer service, hospitality and technical role hiring is an advantage.
