Client: UK Based MNC (Into Insurance)
Shift Timing: 1 pm to 10 pm
We will count on you to:
- Liaise with marketers, designers and other stakeholders to schedule and manage daily social media posts.
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improve customer engagement, and promote social media campaigns.
- Possess excellent attention to detail so that all the content for social posts is clear, grammatically correct and on brand.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Khoros, etc. to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
- Share social media performance metrics with marketers and other stakeholders.
- Prepare campaign, monthly and yearly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Perform competitor research.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Monitor social media to identify any potential issues and report these immediately.
- Be dynamic and effectively switch between projects to meet business priorities.
- Work closely with the Senior Specialist and Social Media Director while executing projects.
What you need to have:
- A Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, marketing, English or a related field.
- Six or more years of social media experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and social media best practices.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs, and UTM tracking.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience using various analytics software such as Google Analytics, Khoros etc.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills including multi-tasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deal with changing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Working proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be a team player.
What makes you stand out?
- Social media marketing experience in B2B companies, specifically in the financial services space.
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns in LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- A certification in in Digital Marketing from a provider of repute will be highly preferred.
