The Senior Sales HR Specialist will drive strategic HR initiatives that enhance sales team performance, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with sales objectives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and on boarding process for sales leadership and critical sales roles, ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Design and deliver advanced sales training programs, enhancing the skill set and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create and refine compensation structures, incentives, and commission plans that drive sales force motivation.
- Provide proactive guidance and resolution for complex HR matters, coaching sales team members and leaders on best practices.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess and improve sales team performance, utilizing KPIs and metrics.
- Oversee performance management processes, including setting ambitious goals, conducting impactful performance reviews, and fostering career development within the sales team.
