Senior Specialist Reporting & Analytics

This is a business intelligence cum reporting & analytics role with one of the World's Top Five Management Consulting firms :

This position is part of a team which provides business intelligence support on key metrics to global functions. This role primarily comprises executing and leading the following key activities :

- Support case teams on key metrics as required by leadership, build technical expertise of Data Visualization and Data Analysis using automated data processing and visualization tools like Tableau, Advanced Excel & Alteryx

- Drive overall answer on the deliverable from delivery perspective (feasibility, data needed) as well as provide technical guidance to team on deliverables

- Support capability building of the team by executing continuous technical and non-technical trainings for the team based on business needs

- Coaching and training team on tools and processes to drive effectiveness, efficiency and innovation

Education & Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidates should be graduates / post-graduates with strong academic record

- Work experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies : 4-6 years of exposure to experience working with large, multidimensional data sets and developing different types of visualizations

- Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders and client maps

- Experience working on tools like Tableau & Advanced Excel is mandatory

- Understanding of Alteryx would be a plus

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required

- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
