The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and consumer engagement for high-value consumer durable products. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product visibility, optimize sales performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration.
- Plan and execute launch campaigns in collaboration with sales, digital, and retail teams.
- Define pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies to maximize revenue.
2. Market Research & Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Leverage data analytics to refine target audience segmentation and optimize marketing spend.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance product positioning.
3. Brand & Product Positioning:
- Develop compelling brand messaging and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to execute advertising, digital, and influencer campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels (online, offline, retail, and service touchpoints).
4. Sales Enablement & Retail Marketing:
- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collaterals, product training materials, and sales pitch decks.
- Design and execute in-store promotions, dealer engagement programs, and POS merchandising strategies.
- Partner with e-commerce and retail teams to optimize product listings and drive conversion rates.
5. Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing strategies to enhance brand reach.
- Manage social media and influencer collaborations to create high-impact campaigns.
- Drive website traffic, lead generation, and online-to-offline (O2O) conversions.
6. Product Lifecycle Management & Innovation:
- Work with the R&D and product development teams to define product roadmaps and new feature introductions.
- Analyze product performance metrics and recommend improvements for innovation and differentiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-8 years in product marketing, category management, or brand management within the consumer durables-AC or Water Heater only.
