Role : Senior Specialist - Organization Effectiveness, Design & Restructuring

Exp: 6 to 10 Years

CTC: upto 32 LPA

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for designing organizational and position structure to support the organization's mission and enhance productivity and effectiveness.

- Review and optimize business operating model design, Span and layers for optimal organization performance, agility, and collaboration.

- Define and streamline "job architecture", "job repository", workflows, reporting structures.

- Support seamless integration of organization design processes with other C&B processes.

- Strong exposure into "Organizational structuring / re-structuring", "Process Standardization", HR Transformation / Integration Projects

- Support global initiatives in organizational design and effectiveness as well as transformation aiming at organization efficiency.

- Consistent support in global compensation & benefit programs
