Senior Specialist - Management Corporate Accounting - BFS

Our client - A Big Global Financial MNC is seeking an accounting and finance professional for their Management Company Accounting group based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad,India.

This group is responsible for

- legal entity bookkeeping,

- financial reporting, and

- statutory compliance for the Organization's Indian entities.

Key responsibilities will include

- driving the accuracy

- completeness of accounting and month-end processes,

- ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (including direct taxes, indirect taxes, corporate laws, STPI regulations, and other applicable laws), and

- working with all stakeholders to drive robust internal controls.

The ideal candidate will be a

- Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary (Good to have NOT must)

- 3-5 years of experience, prefarably Corporate Finance in an Indian entity

- Accounting experience w.r.t INDIAN ENTITIES is MUST

- Articleship / or 1-2 years of experience in a Big 4 firm is mandatory.

- Proficient analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivation, keen attention to detail, experience with directly/indirectly managing a team, and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
