Senior Specialist - Job Architecture and Evaluation
Job Evaluation:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Job Evaluation and run the JE process across the group as per JE policy.
- Design and implement Training program for JE across the group in order to develop competent panel as well as imparting knowledge and awareness on JE
- Support Business plan in terms of evaluating new roles and optimize the structure
- Constitute Panels for Job evaluations and carry out Quality Checks of Panel
- Drive the institutionalization of the same to ensure sustainability.
- Digitalization of JE
Organization Design Studies:
- Plan and lead Organization Design studies for existing or new functions / businesses as per strategic or process needs.
- Finalize recommendations and support implementation of the same.
- Lead completion of Annual Staffing Planning process
- Assess the manpower requirements of various businesses and provide recommendations in order to finalize the Human Capital budget.
- Assess the manpower requirements in case of any changes in the business scenario like new projects, change in strategies, divestments etc.
Special Projects/Initiatives:- Drive Productivity improvement projects using lean approach like Kaizen events.
- Support implementation of Strategic Manpower Productivity and Business Excellence initiatives.
- Benchmarking & ratio analysis for manpower productivity
