Responsibilities:

- Debt Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive debt fundraising strategies tailored to the specific needs and growth trajectory of the NBFC

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with treasuries, financial institutions, and investors to facilitate successful debt fundraising initiatives.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, risk assessment, and scenario analysis, to support debt issuance decisions and optimize funding structures.

- Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investor expectations.

- Deal Structuring: Collaborate with senior leadership to structure debt transactions, negotiate terms, and optimize pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for the startup.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in debt capital markets to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Presentation and Communication: Prepare compelling pitch materials, presentations, and investment memoranda to effectively communicate the startup's value proposition and financing needs to prospective investors and lenders.
