We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate impactful results. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with influencers, managing campaigns, and measuring the effectiveness of influencer marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.

- Identify, research, and evaluate potential influencers who align with the brand's values, target demographics, and marketing goals.

- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and agreements, and ensuring a strong brand fit.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, social media, PR, and product teams, to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning and briefing to execution, monitoring, and reporting.

- Create compelling and engaging content briefs and guidelines for influencers to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure influencer partnerships adhere to legal and ethical guidelines and FTC regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a senior or leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

- Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with influencers and stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a strong ability to craft compelling content.

- Proficient in social media analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to maximize the impact of influencer partnerships.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies in influencer marketing and the digital landscape.
