As the Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients' brand objectives. Leveraging your expertise in influencer partnerships and digital marketing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through authentic and impactful influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to formulate influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audience demographics.

Influencer Identification: Research, identify, and evaluate potential influencers who resonate with client brands, ensuring authenticity, credibility, and alignment.

Campaign Planning: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, including content concepts, key messaging, and collaboration guidelines.

Partnership Outreach: Initiate and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and manage contractual agreements.

Content Supervision: Provide creative direction to influencers, ensuring that content aligns with the brand's image and messaging while allowing influencers to maintain their unique voices.

Content Promotion: Coordinate with social media and content teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer-generated content across various digital channels.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future influencer collaborations.

Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to continually refine strategies.

Client Communication: Regularly communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations to clients, building strong and trusting relationships.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the influencer marketing space.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and brand collaborations.

Digital Expertise: In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content creation.

Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, and team members.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically, aligning influencer strategies with overarching brand objectives.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Leadership: Previous experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members is preferred.

Tech Savviness: Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
