For an exciting startup, we are looking for a dynamic and competent HR Specialist to build their people operations from the ground floor.
This is an individual contributor role :

We are looking for YOU to naturally take up hands-on stewardship of a Company's culture.
- Design and implement people policies and processes.
- Set up and manage all facets of HR Operations including payroll processing, policy development, and compliance management.
- Assist in payroll processing functions. Provide accounts with the variables for computation of salaries, attendance, leave, fixed/variable entitlements and which could help the accounts department prepare TDS, PF, and other statutory returns.
- Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the organization to help them deliver their best work.
Provide both strategic & tactical HR support, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, guidance, and policy interpretation.
The skills and experiences you need to succeed :
- 7-10 years experience within HR with at least 2-3 years in a start-up environment.
- At least 1-2 years working for a global company.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth start-up environment.
- Ability to activate the company values across all aspects of HR operations.
- Proficiency in using Human Capital Management technology platforms
