Senior Specialist - HR Business Partner - IT

1.Urgent opportunity for US Based MNC which is new age technology looking for Immediate joiner ,should have experience in team management.

2.Manage end to end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, confirmation, payroll, attendance, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation

Requirement:

Experience in driving HR BP

Building effective relationships with employees, business partners and leaders

MIS reporting and vendor management is must
