- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
- Have a master's in human resources from a top-tier business school with three to five years of relevant experience.
- Be well-versed and proficient in most of the human capital functional areas.
- Exhibit multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities.
- Be proactive, driven, independent, flexible, discreet, and comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
- Possess a positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, as is the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Have a proven ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo is desired.
