A leading global professional services company is looking for a Senior specialist who will lead the team on large global projects w.r.t stakeholder management, communication, project planning and resourcing. The role demands the individual to have an eye for detail, hands-on experience of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and ability to work on reporting and analysis of data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic outlook while leading team
- Should be able to lead a large global project- preferably HR (engagement, Employee Experience)
- Strong Stakeholder management at least for last 4 years
- Strong Client Communication Skills-Articulation of messages is key
- Knowledge of HR Analytics is important
- Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, and other impacted teams to identify effective solutions
- Working with Market Unit POC to roll out updates on projects and envisioning to solutions
Skills Required :
- Communication (Written & Oral) excellence in English.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Proficiency on MS Excel, MS word and Power Point.
Qualifications and Experience :
- 8-11 years of relevant experience
- Any Masters/MBA
