Senior Specialist - Derivatives/Pricing & High Frequency Sales - Wholesale Banking Team

Given below position details with a Leading Bank :

Role/Job Title: Senior Specialist - Derivatives, Pricing & High Frequency Sales in Wholesale Banking Team

Function/ Department: Financial Markets Group

Job purpose: Incumbent is responsible to handle proprietary trading along with structuring of deals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Closure of FX/derivative deals with Pan India Clients and cover the risk either with internal trading desk or interbank market.

2. Risk analysis and management of structuring book (rates and options) in conjunction with trading and market risk

3. Market making of FCY/INR Options to clients

4. Sound knowledge of applicable regulations to ensure correctness of deals proposed and closed

5. Negotiation of documentation with Interbank counterparties (viz. ISDA, CSA - IM/VM, etc) to broaden market reach for effective risk management

6. In-depth knowledge of structured FX/Rates products to facilitate introduction of new product suites in line with applicable guidelines

7. Track market development and suggest trade ideas to sales team / clients.
