Senior Specialist Education Professional, Delivery

Responsibilities: -

- Deliver high-quality WFM & EEM training to customers and business partners

- Training delivery primarily in virtual classrooms over multiple time zones, occasionally delivering training on site

- Focus on the business value that the customer and partners gain from the products and solutions, as well as the technical aspect of installation configuring, and usage of the solution

- Deliver services according to customer business processes and requirements

- Work closely with the project team to ensure delivery that is consistent with commitments and expectations

- Learn new products, features, and tools as they are rolled out by the organization

- Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeed

- Follow administrative procedures as required, including preparations and wrap up

- Develop training content in various formats

Requirements:

- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal) - English

- Relevant Bachelors's or Masters's degree in Technology

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Trainer or a Corporate Trainer in a technology company preferably SaaS/CPaaS/UCaaS from CX platform - an advantage

- Domain experience with contact center and Workforce Management solutions.

- Knowledge of WFM solutions Experience in WFM or similar workforce management tools.

- Experience in working on Linux-based platforms, functional knowledge of Linux/Unix environment.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

- Ability to quickly learn by shadowing training and self-learning

- Self-motivated and strives for professional excellence in all aspects of work

- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with different stakeholders like consultants, project managers, SMEs, and Training coordinators

- Able to work flexibly and independently in a fluid environment

- Able to work successfully with clients and business partners directly

- Excellent problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations

- Able to work in a global environment and deliver virtual courses in various time zones

- Additional Foreign languages - an advantage

- Has a passion for training, learning, and sharing knowledge
