Senior Solution Advisor - Research - FSI

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE

- Perform secondary research, focusing on FSI (comprising Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Real Estate) topics, utilizing a number of sources - internal and external, paper and electronic, including web-based and online databases

- Analyze and synthesize research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our FSI clients

- Determine key insights from business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics; ideate and develop research products and services for internal and external clients in FS industry

- Gather competitive intelligence through primary and secondary sources

- Conduct in-depth research and create high quality reports on market opportunity analysis and product/business strategy

- Undertake strategic research activities for identifying global and macro-economic trends

- Lead complex and time-critical projects for senior leaders and practitioners, by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution

- Attend management / intermediary / sector calls

- Develop functional expertise and align such with sector knowledge, as and when required

- Manage team and lead the sector unit

- Manage a set of global clients and stakeholders, and work with them to ensure growth of his/her unit.

Work experience 5 - 8 years of extensive secondary research experience in banking, insurance, investment management and related sectors (BFSI Industry)

Professional qualification MBA - Finance

Specific skill set required Secondary & Primary Research, focused on Financial Services Industry (FSI)

Work timing 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
