Sr. Service Delivery Leader

Grade : M4/M5

CTC : Upto 16 Lac

Exp : 7 to 12 yrs

Role : Handling operation team of bank

- Handling Branch & Vault Keys.

- All EOD & BOD Processes.

- Preparing Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly Alerts & Reports and sending to Regulatory bodies

- Handling Cash & Locker Activity & entire Audit issues of the branch

- Preparing Monthly Compliance Certificate

- KYC, Remittances, Cash Retention, RTGS & NEFT

- Cash Authorization, issuing cheque books, debit card, verification for the branch transactions

- Handle the Query desk,SEG desk

- Handling the Complaint, escalation, grievances assign to branch through call center or direct from escalation team or from Nodal desk.

- Handling the Deliverable

- Cash Authorize

- Maintaining First Pass (Checking of Ac opening Forms)

- Handled Clearing at self clearing Branch

- Cross Selling of Different Products

- Auditing
