- Mapping candidates in Power vertical across functions pan India/overseas.
- Carry out assessments of senior/middle level candidates through interviews and psychometric tests.
- Prepare document on assessment with personal observations on candidature.
- Coordinate interviews with in house panel at multiple levels.
- Support in negotiation of compensation.
- Lead the initiative for closure and joining of the candidate.
- The candidate should have experience in closing mandates in Power sector.Knowledge of the people movement in Power sector is essential.
- The position is for one of the largest Indian business houses and is contractual for a period of six months but is likely to be extended depending on need and performance.
