About the Role :

We're searching for a dynamic Senior Sales Wealth Manager to join our team. This role involves expanding our client base and nurturing relationships with high net worth individuals. If you excel at turning prospects into valuable connections, conducting thorough client profile analyses to uncover opportunities, and aligning these with our product range, we want to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and engage clients interested in targeted investments that meet specific criteria.

- Skillfully promote various investment products, including Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, and Structured Products.

- Surpass monthly sales targets set by the organization.

- Assess clients' risk profiles to ensure a balanced risk-reward equation.

- Uphold compliance with KYC/SEBI regulations and industry standards.

- Maintain regular communication with your immediate supervisors.

Requirements :

- Required: Graduate/PG in Finance.

- Ideal: Proven track record with 2-3 years in Wealth Management.

- Proficient in cross-selling diverse financial products.

- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with HNI/UHNI clients.

- Certified with NISM 5A, 10A, 21A.

- Skilled at connecting with a minimum of 10 anchor investors, with investments ranging from 10-50 Crores.

- Capability to exceed a target-based amount of over 60 CR within the first six months of fund launch.

- Proficiency in building a pan India database of family offices/UHNIs for focused equity strategies.

- Minimum 2 years' experience managing client portfolios in a private bank/premier division of a consumer bank.
