DESIGNATION : Sales Online (National Role)
- Leading a young and motivated city team (up to 50+ people).
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the revenues with P&L responsibilities. Defining the company's strategy in the region.
- Communicating effectively and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets, why and how of what has to be done'
- Managing the entire procurement channel of the region (Dealers/customers).
- Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the region team
- Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and records
- Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problem sharply and analyze proposed solutions and suggested outcomes.
- Will be required to work collaboratively with heads, and support functions (marketing, finance, HR)
We are looking for :
- Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function and comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the region.
- A visionary who can foresee the Macro factors affecting the business and strategize preemptively.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills (Oral skills: English and Hindi/Local Language)
- Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally
- High ethical standards
