Senior Sales Engineer - Define, develop, and recommend marketing strategies (segmentation, differentiation, positioning, pricing, etc.), programs, and sales &amp; marketing tools; execute marketing/ pricing policy and plans. - Locate and Develop channel partners. - Plan and implement time bound projects (e.g., vendor registration with end users/ consultants/ EPC contractors) that will help secure a competitive advantage and future business. - Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential, develop and oversee implementation of a customer coverage plan. - Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market share objectives of the company; deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans. - Seek inputs or clearance from the Head - Sales &amp; Marketing for special pricing policy, pricing and availability of non-standard items, critical deliveries, etc. - Perform other duties that may arise in the course of employment as assigned by management.
