Job Description : - As a Senior Sales you will based in our Mumbai office, you will be responsible for the revenue generation and management of a significant territory of blue chip clients and key online agencies. Most of your time will be focused on conceiving and pitching creative Marketing Solutions proposals to targeted customers. Given company's compelling proposition the sales conversion rate is high as is the opportunity to build long lasting customer relationships. - Our global reach also provides the opportunity to provide International customers with our Marketing Solutions and as a Agency/Client direct sales person you will be expected to do some International travel when required. - You will report to the Managing Director and will be supported by an exceptional team of Ad Operations, publisher sales & Exec team based in both Mumbai and London. Skills - You will have : - Deep understanding of the media market including Media, Advertising, online and digital advertising sales. - You might have strong traditional publisher sales background and want to transition into online. - Experience of dealing with Indian/International client and agencies as well as trading desks - An enviable network of client/agency connections - Proven track record of strong sales experience, career progression and a history of beating revenue targets - Experience of working in fast paced, ambitious and competitive environment Key skills : - Conscientious and ambitious, collaborative team player - Great presentation skills both one on one and group - First class negotiation skills - Strong writing and verbal communication skills - Able to understand and manipulate data to form a compelling sales story - The ability to create and articulate an intellectual sell - High level of motivation for continual learning and advancement - You will be an accomplished relationship builder and have an exceptional sales reputation.
