Senior Sales Professional - FMCG

Candidate should have the following capabilities:

1. Multi-channel understanding - General Trade & Modern Format

2. Thorough understanding of the category/s that they are currently managing

3. Must be able to prepare any relevant Sales & Distribution Business plan (encompassing Product, Channel, Markets, Promotions etc)

4. Must be articulate with effective presentation skill/ pleasing personality

5. Should be hands-on, self-motivating & have excellent people management skills.

Skills Required :

- Any Graduate preferably with MBA

- MS office-Advance Excel,Word, PPT.

- Good communication & interpersonal skill.

- Managing 3 or 4 states with 1stLine Managers reporting to them.

- Experience required from 12 to 18 years in FMCG Sector (Mainly handling Biscuits/Food/Confectionery/Chocolates/Milk Powder etc.)
